I offer comprehensive, flexible plans, advice whenever you need it, and coached training sessions empowering you to achieve your goals, even if your life doesn't follow a plan.

Freedom coaching is tailored entirely to your needs, and to fit around your lifestyle. Perhaps you’ve tried other training plans but found it hard to stick to them because sometimes life happens - you have to work late, juggle family commitments, or can only exercise on the good days when health issues don’t get in your way.

I’m here to provide structured but flexible coaching and support for you whether you are:

  • Work with you to understand your experience, current training level, personal goals and any lifestyle challenges that can get in the way of your exercise plans.

  • Provide bespoke training plans at multiple levels – individual sessions, weekly or fortnightly schedules tailored to suit you, and planning towards your long-term goals or for a big race.

  • Support you all the way, with easy access to advice and answering all those little questions that you have about your training and race preparation.

  • Guide you on the aspects of running that are often overlooked - running form, improving strength and stability, and nutrition to fuel your success.
